EARLY BIRD FEE:  EUR 790 – before 15 December 2026

REGULAR FEE:  EUR 990 

Last registration date: 14 May 2026 

Due to the payment agreements the organizer has with its suppliers, the organizer guarantees that the attendance fees will be reimbursed as follows:

• 90% of attendance fee until 15 December 2026 (inclusive)
• 70% of attendance fee until 29 January 2027 (inclusive)
• 50% of attendance fee until 28 February 2027 (inclusive)

Due to payment agreements we have with our service providers, after 28 February 2027 only replacement of participants is accepted. 

PAYMENT DETAILS
After receiving your Registration Form, we will send you the pro-forma invoice. The payment should be made in maximum 5 working days after receiving the pro-forma invoice. Please send a copy of your payment order for the registration fee by e-mail. 

THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

• attendance to the entire Forum program
• all meals (lunch, dinner) and coffee breaks, according to the schedule
• invitation to the Welcome Cocktail
• invitation to the Official Reception
• access to social events and networking opportunities
• access to all Conferences
• access to the bilateral meetings reserved area and assistance in establishing bilateral meetings
• professional presentation equipment and simultaneous translation (Romanian – English)
• free Internet and wireless access

SCHEDULO – INTERACTIVE NETWORKING APP

To help you stay updated in real time during FIAR and plan your interactions as easily as possible, this year we are using SCHEDULO - the platform that brings the forum's agenda straight to your smartphone screen.
Through SCHEDULO, you will receive real-time notifications about upcoming sessions and any schedule changes. More importantly, you can easily set up your bilateral meetings, see who else is participating in the International Insurance-Reinsurance Forum 2027 and mutually agree on the best time for a discussion. Once your participation is completed, you will be added to the Schedulo database.

The check-in desk will be available at International Hotel, Conference Center (2nd floor), Monday (09:00 – 18:00) and Tuesday (09:00 – 18:00).

Upon registration, you shall receive your FIAR Badge, that grands you to access FIAR 2027 venues, so please always keep it with you! 

THE REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• accommodation in Sinaia.
• roundtrip transfer Henri Coanda Bucharest Airport – Sinaia – Henri Coanda Bucharest Airport or from and to any airport in Romania.

ACCOMMODATION AT INTERNATIONAL HOTEL:
For reservations, visit the hotel’s website and apply the code “FIAR2027” for a special offer.
Rates:

• Standard Double Room: 125 EURO /night
• Double Room for Single Use: 115 EURO /night
• Deluxe Double Room: 165 EURO /night
• Junior Suite: 189 EURO /night
• One-Bedroom Suite: 289 EURO /night

Accommodation rates include a buffet breakfast (Schedule: Monday – Friday 07:30 – 10:30; Saturday – Sunday 07:30 – 11:00).
Check-in: after 15:00 / Check-out: until 12:00 (after this time, the room key card will no longer work).

The accommodation price does not include local taxes:
Tourist promotion tax – 2% of the accommodation service value per day.
Mountain rescue (Salvamont) fee – 6 RON per person.
