Early bird fee:  EUR 790 – before 28 February 2026

Regular fee:  EUR 990 

Last registration date: 8 May 2026 

Due to the payment agreements the organizer has with its suppliers, the organizer guarantees that the attendance fees will be reimbursed as follows:

• 90% of attendance fee until 30 January 2026 (inclusive)
• 70% of attendance fee until 28 February 2026 (inclusive)
• 50% of attendance fee until 14 March 2026 (inclusive)

Due to payment agreements, we have with our service providers, after 14 March 2026 only replacement of participants is accepted. 

PAYMENT DETAILS
After receiving your Registration Form, we will send you the pro-forma invoice. The payment should be made in maximum 5 working days after receiving the pro-forma invoice. Please send a copy of your payment order for the registration fee by e-mail. 

THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

• attendance to the entire Forum program
• all meals (lunch, dinner) and coffee breaks, according to the schedule
• invitation to the Welcome Cocktail
• invitation to the Official Reception
• access to social events and networking opportunities
• access to all Conferences
• access to the bilateral meetings reserved area and assistance in establishing bilateral meetings
• professional presentation equipment and simultaneous translation (Romanian – English)
• free Internet and wireless access
• access to the contact data of the Forum participants, on request. 

Secretarial services will be available at International Hotel, Conference Center (2nd floor), Monday (09.00 – 18.00) and Tuesday (09.00 – 18.00).

Upon registration, you shall receive your FIAR Badge, that grands you to access FIAR 2026 venues, so please keep it with you at all times!

• accommodation in Sinaia.
• roundtrip transfer Henri Coanda Bucharest Airport – Sinaia – Henri Coanda Bucharest Airport

• Standard Double Room: 125 EURO /night
• Double Room for Single Use: 115 EURO /night
• Deluxe Double Room: 165 EURO /night
• Junior Suite: 189 EURO /night
• One-Bedroom Suite: 279 EURO /night

Accommodation rates include a buffet breakfast (Schedule: Monday – Friday 07:30 – 10:30; Saturday – Sunday 07:30 – 11:00).
Check-in: after 15:00 / Check-out: until 12:00 (after this time, the room key card will no longer work).
The accommodation price does not include local taxes:
Tourist promotion tax – 2% of the accommodation service value per day.
Mountain rescue (Salvamont) fee – 6 RON per person.
