 THE FEE INCLUDES ACCOMMODATION
  • rooms are booked on a first come - first served basis (when the payment is effected), to one of the hotels within walking distance from the places where the seminars / bilateral meetings are held - the INTERNATIONAL Hotel **** SINAIA Hotel *** or New Montana Hotel **** between May, 24th-28th
  • for extra nights booking, please contact the organizers
 THE FEE INCLUDES MEALS
  • the included meals are:
    • breakfast - May 25, 26, 27 and 28
    • lunch - May 25, 26 and 27
    • Welcome Cocktail and Dinner, Monday, May 24
    • Dinner and Special Evening, Tuesday, May 25
    • Traditional Dinner, Wednesday, May 26
    • Dinner and Special Evening, Thursday, May 27
    • coffee breaks
    • coffee, tea, soft drinks, pastries during bilateral meetings
 TRANSPORTATION IS INCLUDED IN THE ATTENDANCE FEE
  • Roundtrip transportation Bucharest Airport (Henry Coanda) - Sinaia on Monday, May 24 and Friday, May 28 is included, according with the announced arrival and departure time
  • Transportation from Bucharest to Sinaia on Monday, May 24 is also available at 10:00 and 14:00 (meeting point - Charles de Gaulle Square)
  • Local transportation (in Sinaia) is provided by bus according to the schedule and is included in the participation fee

    NOTE
  • Roundtrip transportation Bucharest Airport (Henry Coanda) - Sinaia is available on request Sunday, May 23 and between May 25 - 27 (charged).
 HOW DOES REGISTRATION TAKE PLACE

You simply send the online registration form and a copy of your payment order for the attendance fee at


THE ATTENDANCE FEE IS EUR 2000 / person until April 23rd, 2010.

EARLY BIRD FEE

- EUR 1600 / person if the payment will be made until November 30th, 2009.

- EUR 1800 / person if the payment will be made until January 29th, 2010.


The last registration day is April 23rd, 2010.

Late registration is possible on a first come - first served basis against
additional fee of EUR 500 / person .

All services are included as you see above!

The payment should be made in maximum 5 (five) working days after sending of the registration form.

Due to the payment agreements the organizer has with its suppliers, the organizer guarantees that the attendance fees will be reimbursed as follows:

  • 90 % of attendance fee until November 30th, 2009 (inclusive)
  • 70 % of attendance fee until January 29th, 2010 (inclusive)
  • 50 % of attendance fee until April 23rd, 2010, after April 23rd, 2010 only replacement of participants is accepted
