FIAR 2012 Terms & conditions

EARLY BIRD
EUR 800 until November 15th, 2011

EUR 1000 until January 15th, 2012
EUR 1200 until March 15th, 2012
EUR 1400 until May 16th, 2012

Due to the payment agreements the organizer has with its suppliers, the organizer guarantees that the attendance fees will be reimbursed as follows:

• 90 % of attendance fee until November 15th, 2011 (inclusive)
• 70 % of attendance fee until January 15th, 2012 (inclusive)
• 50 % of attendance fee until April 30th, 2012

Due to payment agreements we have with our service providers, after April 30th, 2012 only replacement of participants is accepted.

After receiving your Registration Form, we will send you the invoice.
The payment should be made in maximum 5 working days after receiving the invoice.
Please send a copy of your payment order for the registration fee by fax or e-mail.

• all meals (lunch, dinner) and coffee breaks, according to the schedule
• invitation to the Welcome Reception and the Romanian Evening
• access to social events and networking opportunities
• access to all Conferences and seminars
• access to the bilateral meetings reserved area and assistance in establishing bilateral meetings
• all Forum handouts
• professional presentation equipment and simultaneous translation (Romanian – English)
• free Internet and wireless access in Sinaia Casino
• your company and your representatives’ nomination in the Official Folder of the Forum and on www.fiar.ro
• free access to the contact data of the Forum participants
• free admission in local museums (The Peles Castle, The Pelisor Palace), according to the schedule.

• roundtrip transfer Bucharest – Sinaia – Bucharest.
Transfer is available on request at EUR 150/person.
